50% Upfront payment is required (with receipt/ pay confirmation) before startng.

Payment link will be sent to the Client when Artist is ready to begin work. Clients must not send money before the artist request for payment.

Refund available for 24 hours after upfront payment, after that it will be non-refundable.

Progress will be sent (sketch, color sketch, WIP all with watermark).

When it's completed, a low resolution watermarked drawing will be sent.

After full payment, the completed drawing will be sent via discord or google drive.

Furry/Mecha/guro not accepted (don't have the skill to draw them u_u )

Client provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before Work begins.

Client grants to the Artist non-exclusive rights to observe and replicate Client’s own character design, reference material and other intellectual property for the use of the Work.

Artist may use commercially licensed, copyright-free and/or educational materials, assets and/or tools.

Revision is allowed 2 times for major changes before color sketch. Additional charges for excessive revisions may be required. Clients must not edit the work after final delivery unless specified in the commission information, project outlines or otherwise approved by the Artist.

Commission is for personal use ONLY. Please do not use my commission for any purpose outside of what I've agreed on. (Printing, marketing, promotion, etc)

The Artist retains copyright, ownership, redistribution and intellectual property rights, which includes but is not limited to display, advertising, printing, the Work and work in progress on websites, social media, portfolios, public broadcast channels (i.e. Twitch) and more.
